    March Madness

    Okay, I'm so upset!!!!!  I just typed all my menus out for the 25th to yesterday, and I saved it.  For some reason it did not save, so all the information was lost.  I am not typing out all that stuff again, lol.  I think that it is very tedious and time consuming to actually type out every single thing I eat, so I won't be doing that anymore.  Rather, I think I will just discuss the food choices I have made. 
     
    I'm happy to say that I have stayed within my points since keeping this journal.  Last Saturday, I did go to Applebees and had my splurge meal.  I used 29 flex points that night.  I decided that for Lent, I am going to give up those splurge meals, unless I hit a 10 pound loss (ex., 229, 219, 209).  I am also going to give up all non WW candy and desserts.  I really think this will help me to reach my goals faster.  I am doing pretty well right now, actually, but I want to see how much better I can do. 
     
    Alrighty then, I have to go right now, but I will write back soon!!!

    Today's Cuisine

    Today was a rest day for me, so I really kept good tabs on my eating.  I was so excited about my lunch today.  I made a salad like the salad from this place named the Lighthouse Grill.  This restaraunt sat on the river, and because of its location, the owners were offered a very profitable sum for the land.  Oh well, no more Lighthouse Grill.  Anyway, they had the most fabulous pre dinner salads.  The one I made was actually very good.  Here is my menu:

    Starting a New Thing - Menu

    I have decided that I will become more devoted to keeping a food journal.  I have been told that it makes the person more accountable for what they eat, just by doing that simple thing.  So, here goes.  I will write up my menu for yesterday and also today.  They are pretty similar, considering I will eat leftovers tonight, and I almost always have the same thing for breakfast.  I get a total of 28 points per day.  At the bottom of each meal, the first number is the point value for the meal.  The second number are the points left for the day.  I do not count activity points.
